How to brew a wild rose without a thermos
The healing properties of rose hips have long been known. Its berries are just a storehouse of vitamins, so they are an excellent anti-cold and immuno-boosting agent. But to preserve these properties it must be able to properly prepare. Most often it is brewed in a thermos, but sometimes such dishes are not at hand or you want to make a healthy drink quickly.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
To prepare drinks from rose hips, dried, not moistened fruits are used without traces of spoilage or mold. Berries can be picked and dried by yourself, only you need to take them from bushes blooming with white or red flowers, since they have the most vitamin C.
Rose hips can be bought at the pharmacy, and so you will be sure of the shelf life of the raw materials. Before cooking, they should be crushed in a mortar, otherwise you will have to increase the proportions in the direction of the number of berries.
Important! Water for brewing fruits must be taken in good quality - bottled or filtered.

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Pour hard fruits with half a liter of hot water (not boiling water) in an iron scoop or bowl.
- Separately, in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and put a ladle with contents on it.
- Cook the broth in a water bath for 15 minutes.
- Cool and strain the broth. Drink ½ cup 2 times a day.
Did you know? In the rose hips, vitamin C is 50 times more than in lemons. Blackcurrant in content of ascorbic acid is 10 times inferior to them.
This broth should be prepared daily, since it is not stored for more than a day, even in the refrigerator. A decoction prepared according to this recipe preserves all the vitamins and perfectly strengthens the immune system, since the raw materials are not boiled. It should be drunk in a two-week course, but not consumed all the time. Do not forget that such drinks have contraindications.
